Elizabeth Shanaman is the Senior Manager, Innovation & Customer Value at Tourism Economics, where she helps destination organizations get more value from Symphony. She partners with clients to tailor reporting to their goals and guides teams in using Symphony’s interactive tools to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

Before joining Tourism Economics, Elizabeth led research and market analysis for Visit York County (SC) and previously worked as a Research Analyst at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. She was also recognized as part of Destinations International’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2021.

Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Temple University and an M.S. in International Tourism Management from MODUL University Vienna.
