Client Relationships & Insights Manager

Gina brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, with expertise in client relations, data analysis, and operational strategy. She has held key roles at prestigious properties, including Forbes 5-Star hotels such as Park Hyatt Aviara and the Beverly Hills Hotel & Bungalows, and contributed to the re-opening of Hotel Bel-Air in 2011. Throughout her career, Gina has leveraged data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, holding positions such as Catering & Convention Sales Manager, Delphi Analyst, and Assistant Spa Director.

Before joining Tourism Economics in November 2024, Gina served as Director of Tourism Insights at the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, overseeing tourism research and analytics to inform marketing and business strategies. Previously, as Manager of Sales Administration, she collaborated with leadership to develop sales strategies, manage budgets, and cultivate key stakeholder relationships.

Gina studied Anthropology at California State University, Fullerton, and holds certifications in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and Distinguished Services from Concordia University. In her role at Tourism Economics, she delivers data-driven guidance to help tourism and hospitality organizations engage visitors effectively and grow revenue.
