Juliet Velazquez serves as Manager of Client Relationships and Insights at Tourism Economics. With expertise in sales strategy, marketing communications, destination development, and business intelligence, Juliet excels at transforming complex data into easily understandable insights that elevate brand positioning.

Juliet's contribution extends beyond client relationship management; she plays a crucial role in guiding clients through analytics and training, empowering them to fully leverage SYMPHONY, Tourism Economics' business intelligence platform. With expert guidance, valuable insights, and comprehensive training resources, Juliet enables clients to unlock the true value of SYMPHONY and achieve their goals more effectively. 

Prior to her role at Tourism Economics, Juliet served as a consultant at JLL, specializing in tourism strategy and destination development. In this capacity, she conducted in-depth stakeholder research, performed data analysis, and led the development of processes and organizational strategies for Destination Marketing Organizations.

Before her tenure at JLL, Juliet held the position of CRM & Data Strategy Manager at the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. In this role, she oversaw data analysis related to sales and marketing strategy, while also managing the CRM system.

Juliet holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Media & Communications, with a specialization in Public Relations, Social Psychology, and Tourism & Hospitality Marketing.
