Gajender Saharan leads product development, innovation, and the technical foundations that keep the business running. He has worked on the Symphony platform since its earliest stage, where he served as the first data scientist and business intelligence engineer. In that time, he shaped the product, built the data architecture and analytics behind it, and turned early concepts into a scalable platform now used across the business. Today he sets engineering priorities and guides technical decisions across the organization. He works closely with business and client teams to improve how data products are built, delivered, and supported, and he keeps a close eye on emerging tools and methods that can strengthen the platform. His work focuses on practical innovation, reliable execution, and products that solve real client needs.
